Ledger export now includes failed-route detail
Every failed settlement in the ledger now includes the route it attempted and the reason it didn't confirm.

Failed-settlement entries in the ledger now carry the full route attempted and a plain-language reason it didn’t confirm.
Why it matters
Support and finance no longer need to file a ticket to find out why a settlement failed.
What to do
Export or query the ledger as usual; the new `failureReason` and `attemptedRoute` fields are additive.
